Governance

Full Moon Zen is fully governed by its members and administered by a Board of Directors comprised of non-teacher community members. We aim to uphold a spirit of simple transparency.

Our basic structures are laid out as follows: By-laws • Ethics policy • Conflict-of-interest policy

The Board is elected at each annual meeting, in June of each year. It is currently comprised of

• President: Phil Surette

• Treasurer: Paul Miller

• Clerk: Jay Pottharst

• Members-at-large: Libby Fay and David Ray

Some ongoing functions fall outside the board’s usual work. Some of these “task forces” include
